When you join our Founders List or otherwise sign up to hear from us, we collect your name, email address, and (where provided) your clothing size. If you contact us directly, we also keep the details you send us in that message.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to contact you about the LekiaNa launch, including notifying you when Drop 01 opens and honouring any launch offer tied to your place on the list. We do not use your data for any other marketing purpose without asking you first.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent (given when you submit the form) as our legal basis for processing this data under UK GDPR.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal details with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by the service providers that run our website, email, and forms (for example our hosting provider and form/email delivery tools), solely to operate those services on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until the Founders List launch has concluded, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever is sooner.
